Legal requirements postulate electronic archiving of business e-mails in an unedited and unchangeable manner. The main problem: It is difficult to prove that e-mails were in their original state upon the time they reach the archive. Conventional e-mail systems allow the editing of mails by any user without problems. Technically it also isn’t a problem to modify e-mails with e.g. filters, once they have entered your company network. Spam- and virus filters, for example, leave a message that the e-mail was scanned.
antispameurope saves a copy of your original E-Mail outside your sphere of influence on highly redundant multi-site storage systems in secured data centers. Incoming e-mails will be copied to the archive the same moment they are delivered to the company’s inbox. Outgoing mails are being archived the same moment they are deleivered to the recipient.
Unalterability of archived e-mails is assured by antispameurope as an independent third party, by both technical and administrative measures – guaranteed. Users and administrators can browse the archive and re-deliver e-mails, but they cannot modify them.
