The solution package Managed Internet Security for Small Business offers spam and virus protection, e-mail archiving and web filtering

Hanover, 30/06/2011 - A flood of spam mail in the inbox, important mails not being found, computers infested with viruses from employees surfing the Internet - these events are often very problematic for small businesses and self-employed persons: Not only is the necessary special know-how lacking, but also the technical equipment is not adequate. With the solution package Managed Internet Security for Small Business, antispameurope offers various solutions which will prevent these problems at the root. In addition to the “Secure E-Mail Service”, which includes a spam and virus free mailbox and three month backup, the Hanover Cloud Security specialist offers e-mail archiving and web filtering with its package. Secure E-Mail can be combined with the other products or are available as a package. The solution package is available immediately.

The Secure E-Mail Service includes a ten gigabyte mailbox which can be accessed by the user either by webmail or IMAP/POP3 - of course encrypted. The mailbox is ideally protected from spam mails and viruses, due to the guaranteed high detection rate of antispameurope, which means that customers no longer need to deal with malware or annoying advertising messages. Nevertheless, transparency is guaranteed: The web-based control tool Control Panel offers an overview of all incoming and outgoing e-mails. If an e-mail cannot be found, or if it was deleted by accident, individual messages or even all e-mails from the past three months can be provided again.

Small businesses, architects and self-employed people are legally bound to archive e-mails which are important to the business. It is not that easy to comply with the demanding requirements these regulations specify, especially for businesses with only a few employees and which lack the respective IT infrastructure. E-Mail Archive by antispameurope makes this possible without any extra effort - the archiving of the entire e-mail traffic is fully automatic. Additionally, the archive is available for quick searching of old electronic correspondence. Thanks to the full text search, stored e-mails can be found in seconds. The Outlook plugin makes this also possible for the standard e-mail programme.

One of the main access points for viruses and trojans is surfing on the Internet. The antispameurope Secure Web Service reliably prevents access to dangerous and undesired websites and ensures security for the work computer.  From the Control Panel, the pre-configured filter can be adapted for individual staff or the entire staff. Should an employee have valid reasons to access a blocked website, he or she may ask for it to be unblocked per mouse click.
