CeBIT retrospective: trade fair a complete success for antispameurope

The security specialists welcomed to the stand a distinguished visitor, the Lower Saxony Industry Minister

The fair is over – at least for 2011, antispameurope has put CeBIT behind it. However, it is already clear that the world’s leading IT fair was again this year a complete success for the cloud security specialists from Hanover. With highly-motivated staff and co-exhibitors, interesting discussions and a wealth of new business contacts, CeBIT 2011 was extremely worthwhile for antispameurope.

A highlight of the five day fair was the visit from Jörg Bode, the Lower Saxony Industry Minister, to the antispameurope stand. The Minister asked about the Hanover company and showed great interest in the topics of IT security, cloud computing and the solutions offered by antispameurope.

The stand was very busy every day of the fair. In particular, the antispameurope partners also represented on the stand: globs IT, MOD IT, ewicom GmbH and Telcat Multicom, had many fruitful discussions about future projects and expressed great satisfaction. antispameurope’s sales staff was also delighted by the lively interest shown in the company’s Managed Security Services. The international nature of the new contacts was noticeable – a good basis for the further internationalization of antispameurope.

“It was the right decision to take part in CeBIT again this year”, comments Oliver Dehning, CEO of antispameurope. “The high quality of the business contacts and also the chance to present ourselves as a leading cloud security enterprise to the public at large make CeBIT the leading trade fair for IT. We will therefore also be taking part, jointly with antispameurope’s partners, in the coming year.”
