PRODUCTS: 5 things that you (probably) didn’t know about the Control Panel…

It is well known to all customers, administrators and users that the Control Panel can be used to control and administer all antispameurope services. Furthermore, that the Control Panel can be reached via the Cloud and that it is always available without installing any hard- or software. There are however surely some things that Control Panel users didn’t know.

For example, did you know that…?

... the Control Panel is now available in 17 languages, including some so-called exotic languages such as Ukrainian or Catalan? By the way, further languages are implementable on demand within a short period of time.

... the system is fully multi-client enabled? This allows partners to administer different customers completely independently from one another, as each client has their own database. An “overflowing” of the one customer’s data of into the data space of the other is not possible.

... that the Control Panel is also available as a white label version? This allows the Control Panel, the email notifications or the outlook plugin to be completely adjusted to partners and customers’ individual corporate designs.

… an invoicing tool will be available in the near future? The Control Panel will offer the possibility to gather and present invoice data - how many users the client has, which products are used, etc. This simplifies the invoice process and billing. Furthermore, any changes to usage will be added immediately.

… that user data can be automatically transferred by direct connection of the Control Panel to an Account Directory or LDAP-Server? The advantage is that it is no longer necessary to create separate accounts for users. Furthermore, direct access to Control Panel functions is possible for known user credentials.

The Control Panel is being continually improved and expanded by antispameurope, partly with small and around twice a year with larger updates, without the users having to carry out manual updates.
