INSIDE: Adapting user and partner privileges – a guide to rights management

The Rights Management introduced with Version 5.0 of the Control Panel allows partners and customers to define individual access privileges (rights) for each partner and user. We explain how this is done below.

 

Say you are a partner or administrator. To manage privileges, you go to the Management area of the Control Panel and select the partner or domain administrator for whom you want to change the privileges.

INSIDE: Notification Service – How it Works.

A customer sets up a new employee, the email archiving service is enabled or the final date for accounts is approaching; some activities of partners and customers can only be followed with difficulty. As of version 5.0 of the Control Panel, antispameurope offers the “Notification Service”. This allows you to set eight different events for partners to be automatically informed about. The corresponding notification templates can also be defined in the Control Panel. The eight events are:

OPINION: Speedy Innovation Without Stress

Which version of Outlook do you use? According to CampaignMonitor, as of June 2011 (http://www.campaignmonitor.com/stats/email-clients/), the most popular versions are Outlook 2000, 2003 and Outlook Express, followed by Outlook 2007. The number of Outlook 2010 users is miniscule by comparison, even though it’s 2011 (and that for not much longer), and 2010 is long forgotten.
