You have at least three years of experience in direct and indirect sales of IT products (Internet, systems, software, services) and you are used to achieving your goals. Your sales partners are respecting your expertise and reliability. Using the standard Office Software is self-evident to you. You are good at German and English and maybe one more foreign language. Your task at antispameurope is to establish and to oversee your portfolio of key customers and sales partner in the German-speaking area. You are representing the company towards customers and sales partners, negotiating contracts up to contract closing and supporting the sales partners with acquiring and caring for their customers. Together with the Marketing department you are planning Marketing campaigns in your sales area and you also perform them. You are bearing responsibility for achieving the sales goals in your sales areas.

You have successfully finished a business-related apprenticeship or equal. You have knowledge in the field of information technology or telecommunications. From the back office you are representing the company towards customers and sales partners. In teamwork with your service- and support colleagues you are consulting with potential customers, customers and partners via telephone and E-Mail. You are supporting and relieving Key Account and Channel Sales managers by taking care of the customer database, making appointments, preparation and administration of offers, customer contracts and invoices. You are supporting sales management by tracing offers and recording numbers. Infrequently, you are taking part in marketing campaigns.

You are an experienced user when it comes to UNIX-Systems (Linux) and Internet applications (Browsers, E-Mail Clients and Servers, Web Servers, Application Servers). Your task is consulting with potential customers, customers and partner concerning technical questions via telephone and E-Mail. You are setting up new customers on our systems, maintaining customer-specific parameters and you are also the first contact person for all questions in the technical field. Your German is good and you speak at least one additional language reasonably well.
